PVP*In pvp this is very RNG. That they proc fast they could win recreation for you. If they dont proc at all then you wasted 3 points. The RNG must be be revamped, Heck complete Libido Boost talent needs an revamp. But may be worthwhile if have a filler point or two.

PVE*In pve this excellent deep blood talent. 9% physical damage is the best buff to the overall can damage. This is about a 2.3% damage increase per point. Any blood build should have this.
