    G360 Surveys operate on the principle that self-awareness and meaningful feedback are catalysts for personal growth. An accurate understanding of one’s strengths and weaknesses along with the motivation for self-improvement and appropriate strategies for professional development will often lead to success. But
    manager feedback don’t always know where they are falling short or what they need to work on. Multi-rater surveys also known as 360 degree assessments not only include a self-appraisal on various competencies, they also include feedback from peers or coworkers, one or more supervisors, direct reports and/or customers. Because of the multiple viewpoints, 360 degree surveys give a comprehensive view of an individual’s strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.
